Early on in her career she decided to take up the challenging branch of Surgery and after a multitude of national and state level examinations she achieved her dream of specializing as a gastrointestinal Surgeon. She went on to superspecialise in the field of gastrointestinal surgeries and also completed her Post doctoral fellowship in Liver transplant surgery. She has extensive knowledge of all kinds of benign and cancerous conditions of the gastrointestinal tract with a special interest in liver-related diseases and surgeries. She performs surgeries for stomach, small intestine, colorectal, gall bladder and pancreatic cancers. She has performed and been a part of various challenging resections of Liver, Deceased and Living donor liver transplants.
