Biography
Dr S.M. Fayaz began his journey in the year 2006, after completing his M.B.B.S, He went on to do specialization in the field of internal medicine from J.S.S university, Mysore. Having keen interest in the management of Diabetes and its complications, he also pursued a Fellowship in Diabetes from Royal Liverpool Academy, UK. He has also done a PG diploma in Diabetes and clinical Endocrinology from Royal college of Physicians, UK. He has written several scientific papers in indexed international and national journals. With extreme passion for his field and for the love of teaching, he also is a mentor for undergraduate and post graduate medical students and has worked as Professor in General Medicine at Vydehi institute of Medical Sciences and is now working as Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at East Point college of medical sciences. He also has experience of working as Consultant Physician in various reputed corporate hospitals. His vision through this clinic is to spread awareness amongst people about Diabetes and reduce the suffering through continuous education and use of latest available treatments.

In the midst of such pandemic situation where the entire family was in n utter shock after they got to know that I have also fallen in to the deadly Covid. Many thanks to the doctor and my wife for ensuring very good care. I sincerely and genuinely thank Dr S M Fayaz, who without any delay understood the health condition very thoroughly during the call and the way he calmed all us down was really commendable. I was particularly not in favour of going to hospital and get admitted, and Dr Fayaz actually respected and worked around for that decision. He was really cool in responding to ur questions during consultations and always ensured we all stay positive and calm. Those 2 weeks were insanely horrible but Dr Fayaz consultation got us a very good relief. I sincerely thank him again and wish everyone recovers well from this situation. I consulted Dr S M Fayaz for my parents covid treatment last week. In past also, I consulted him for my self and I was happy with overall response. After talking with him, I understood how important the timing and right medicine on respective days for covid patient otherwise patient can land in ICU. Consulted Dr. Fayaz due to fever for a couple of days, he listened patiently and then did the necessary checkups and wrote up specific tests and medicines and explained why he was putting each of them. He was also available via phone to discuss the report results when I couldn't go to the clinic again which was great.

I visited for my mother health issues. he explained very clearly and i feel like i am talking to a friend instead of doctor. first time i visited for swelling on the feet and it got cured in 4-5 days . later i visited for some vitamin D and calcium issue for my mother.doctor explained me clearly and gave medicine instead of suggesting unnecessary test . i a m happy about his suggestions and the way he treat the patients .thank you.
